In-Person/Manual Registration

  1. Download and print the 2023-2024 Registration Form1
  2. Fill in the information for all required fields on the Registration Form
  3. Place the Registration Form, form of payment for the Registration Fee2
  4. Mail the envelope to Art in Motion Dance Studio, 245 Meridian Drive Suite 4 (Mailbox #16), Grovetown, GA 30813 EMAIL ADDRESS: AIMtwirlingtutus245@gmail.com
  5. We will notify you if there are any issues with your Registration Form, if we need additional information to complete your registration, and also if you successfully registered without any issues whatsoever

1 If a printer is not available to you, please email us AIMtwirlingtutus245@gmail.com, provide us with your name and address, and we will be happy to mail you a form. Online registration will be made available shortly, please keep checking back for updates if you would prefer to register and pay electronically, but please also remember that class size is limited, and registration is conducted on a first come, first served basis.

2 Registration forms must accompany payment for the $20 registration fee per family (2023 Rate)
