Student Drop Off and Pick Up Policy

There is nothing more important to us than our students' safety. Children must be accompanied by an adult when entering or exiting the facility - no exceptions.

To cut down on congestion and assure classes begin and end promptly we will receive and release students as follows:

Students Arriving

(May Park in Front Parking Lot)

Student arrivals must be delivered inside the studio no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the beginning of their class. A staff member will always welcome your child upon their arrival. Please have your child dressed for dance. Do not allow your child to wear their dance shoes outside the studio. We will assist them with shoe change.

Students Released

(Required to Park in Back Parking Lot)

ONLY Kinderdance students will be released through the back door of the studio. Two staff members will be stationed with each class that is released. Please form a one way car line, just as you do when picking up your child from school. When experiencing inclement weather, please pick your child up from inside the building in the lobby. Kinderdance classes are typically our largest, and this policy is meant to minimize congestion and facilitate safe, efficient operations. We will notify you of any further changes to this policy and procedure.

All other classes will be released as follows: The student's parent or guardian must enter the studio, where they will remain inside the dance room and be released to their parent/guardian as they arrive. Please be prompt in picking up your dancer, as other classes will very often be in session after their classes has ended. We understand life happens and that you won't always be prompt, but please do not make it a habit.

Early & Late Arrivals

(On Time Please!)

Students must arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to beginning of each class, and are required to stay with their parent or guardian until they are received into the dance room. Late arrivals must enter the studio room quietly due to their class already being in session. If a parent or guardian is more than 5 minutes late picking up, their dancer will be seated in the lobby. We know this can happen, periodically, but please do not make it a habit.

If parents/guardians are late more than 3 times when picking up their dancer, they will be charged $10 per occurrence for each time they are more than 5 minutes late again.
